CS Studio & Communication operates a photo and print studio from Seethawaka IPZ Road, Avissawella, Sri Lanka. We create custom photo frames, printed mugs, photo prints, granite and tile prints, social media designs, and binding and lamination for customers across Sri Lanka.

We only collect information needed to take and fulfil your order, reply to enquiries, and process payments.

• Contact details: name, phone numbers, email address and WhatsApp number
• Delivery details: address, nearest city and any delivery notes you share
• Order details: product choices, sizes, design preferences and messages
• Photos and artwork you send us for printing or design work
• Payment-related details shared with our payment partners (see below)
• Basic technical data such as browser type or device when you use our website

We use your information to:

• Confirm orders, send design previews and complete printing or framing
• Arrange delivery or collection across Sri Lanka
• Process payments and, where needed, refunds
• Reply to WhatsApp, phone, email or contact-form messages
• Improve our website and customer service
• Meet legal, accounting or fraud-prevention requirements

When you pay online, your payment is processed by trusted Sri Lankan payment and instalment providers such as Stripe, OnePay, Koko, Mintpay, Payzy and other payment or instalment partners we may enable from time to time.

We do not store your full card number, CVV, banking passwords or BNPL login credentials on our systems. Those details are entered on the payment provider’s secure pages and handled under their own privacy policies and security standards.

We may receive limited payment confirmation data from the provider (for example, transaction reference, amount, status and the payment method used) so we can match the payment to your order.

Photos, logos and other files you send us are used only to create and deliver your order (and related design previews).

We do not sell your photos or use them for advertising without your permission. Please only send content you have the right to use.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited details with:

• Payment and instalment providers so they can process your payment or refund
• Delivery partners so your order can reach you
• Service providers who help us run our website, messaging or business tools, under appropriate confidentiality
• Authorities when required by Sri Lankan law

We keep order and contact records for as long as needed to fulfil the order, handle after-sales questions, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Photos and design files may be retained for a reasonable period for reprints or support, then deleted or archived securely.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Online payments are processed on the payment providers’ secure platforms. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please also keep your own devices and accounts safe.

You may ask us to correct inaccurate contact details, or request access to the personal information we hold about you, by contacting us using the details above. If you no longer want marketing messages from us, tell us and we will stop (order and payment messages may still be necessary).

Our services are intended for adults placing orders. If a parent or guardian orders products featuring children’s photos, that adult remains responsible for the information shared with us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
