CS Studio & Communication (“CS Studio”, “we”, “us”) is based at Seethawaka IPZ Road, Avissawella, Sri Lanka. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

Most orders start on WhatsApp, by phone, by email or through our contact form. We may send a price and size chart, then ask for your photos, delivery details and preferences.

Where we provide a design preview, you must review it carefully and approve it (or request changes) before we print or produce the item. Once you approve and production begins, the order is treated as a custom personalised product.

We are not responsible for spelling mistakes, low-resolution photos, crop choices or other content issues that were visible in a preview you approved.

Many of our products are made to order using your photos and instructions. Colours on screens can differ slightly from the finished print. Small variations in materials, finishing or handcrafted framing can occur and are not treated as defects unless they materially affect the product.

Prices are confirmed before you pay. A quote may change if you alter size, materials, quantity or design after the quote. Delivery charges, if any, will be explained when we confirm your order.

You may pay cash on delivery where we offer it, by bank deposit or transfer, or online through our payment partners.

Online payments may be processed via Stripe, OnePay, Koko, Mintpay, Payzy and other payment or instalment partners we may enable from time to time. By choosing an online or instalment option, you also accept that provider’s terms, fees and privacy practices.

Buy-now-pay-later options (such as Koko or Mintpay) are credit or instalment arrangements between you and that provider. CS Studio receives payment confirmation for your order; your repayment schedule remains with the provider.

An order is not considered paid until we receive successful payment confirmation from the gateway or clear funds for a deposit or transfer. We may pause production or delivery until payment is confirmed.

We deliver across Sri Lanka to your nearest city or address as arranged when you order. Delivery times depend on product type, approval timing and courier availability. Any timeframe we mention is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Please provide accurate contact numbers and a reachable address. Extra courier costs caused by wrong details, failed delivery attempts or changes after dispatch may be charged to you.

You confirm that you own or have permission to use the photos, logos, text and designs you send us. You must not submit unlawful, infringing or offensive content.

You grant CS Studio a limited licence to use that content solely to create previews and fulfil your order. Our own designs, website content and branding remain our property.

You may use our website for lawful personal or business enquiries. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, misuse forms, or scrape content in a way that harms our systems or customers.

We take care with every order. If an item is damaged in production or arrives defective, our Refund Policy explains how we will repair, replace or refund.

To the fullest extent permitted by Sri Lankan law, CS Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost gifts timing, sentimental value beyond the product price, or business opportunity). Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes will first be discussed in good faith; if unresolved, they may be brought before the competent courts of Sri Lanka.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date on this page will change when we do. Placing a new order after an update means you accept the revised Terms for that order.
